Rates and Cancelation Policy

Any bookings made on any type of special are excluded of any refund.

 

When bookings are made via other websites the policy that comes with that booking applies

 

If cancelled more than 30 days before arrival a 10% administration fee of all booked nights will be charged to cover bank / credit card fees.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival 25% of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival 50% of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, early checkouts or in case of no show the total price of the reservation will be charged.

 

On receipt of a written instruction, including bank details from the customer to cancel the reservation, The Corner House Sa will refund the applicable amount, within 30 days. The Corner House Sa levies a 10% administration fee on the total booking amount for any refunds processed if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before arrival. Should refunds to an International bank account be required, an additional R400.- charge will be levied.
